Costume Replica Rpg Would It Be Illegal To Carry Fake (replica) Weapons (AK-47, RPG) To A Halloween Costume Party At In NJ?

Would it be illegal to carry fake (replica) weapons (AK-47, RPG) to a Halloween costume party at in NJ? - costume replica rpg

They are very real weapons, but they are replicas of 100% (solid, no moving parts, etc.). The costume is a private celebration at home someone.

Realistic replica weapons are not a good idea in public. Too many shots of the police that the victim had a toy gun. That is why toys are coded with a touch of color and all made of colored plastic.

I think if it is not an official or a school, you're probably right. But it is a good idea would be to the owner would receive / host 's permission before you use - not even.

As long as you keep the weapons from the public and all who are in the party already knows. It is still illegal if I do not know.
