Is it safe to use Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) to help quit smoking during pregnancy? - nrt pregnancy

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been reduced from 20 + a day at about 7-10 per day, is the last piece I'm struggling with, especially in the morning!
